The Headquarters at Seaport District

Built in 1939 and listed on The National Register of Historic Places, this iconic complex originally served as the San Diego Police Headquarters.

 

The renovation project converted the multi-building complex totaling 115,000 s.f. into a collection of contemporary shops and eateries including The Cheesecake Factory, Eddie V’s, Kitson, Pizzeria Mozza, Puesto and Seasons 52.

 

We provided structural engineering services for the historic adaptive re-use project.
